Bake My Day – Terms and Conditions

Liability and Collection
Bake My Day is not responsible for any damage to products once handover has been completed. The client is responsible for ensuring safe transport and appropriate care of the cake or products once they are in their possession.
If the client or their nominated representative chooses to collect and/or set up the cake, all responsibility and liability for the condition of the product transfers to the client once it leaves Bake My Day’s possession.
Clients must arrive for collection no more than twenty (20) minutes before or after the agreed collection time. Bake My Day cannot guarantee availability outside this time window. Failure to comply may result in the collection being rescheduled to another time or day, or the order being cancelled. In such cases, Bake My Day reserves the right to retain full payment to cover costs incurred.
Changes to Orders
The due date of the final payment is the final opportunity to make changes to cake size, design, or flavours. Requests made after this date cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Refunds
There is strictly no refunds. All sales are final. Bake My Day reserves the right to withhold part or all of the payment to cover customised items, preparation costs, and loss of potential bookings.
Refunds will not be issued due to taste preferences. While all products are made with care and experience, taste is subjective and differences in personal preference are not the responsibility of Bake My Day. Alternate products or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Additional Terms
Bake My Day may photograph completed products and reserves the right to use these images for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
While every effort is made to match reference images, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Variations may occur due to lighting, temperature, product availability, copyright limitations, and time constraints.
Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including but not limited to milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and gluten. The client agrees to inform guests of this risk and releases Bake My Day from liability for allergic reactions.
Fulfilment of orders is subject to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labour disputes, accidents, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
